Getting Started
Download TangoSpeak from the App Store, select your specialty and target language, download the language pack, and start your first session. The app walks you through each step.
Downloading Language Packs
TangoSpeak uses Apple's on-device translation models. When you select a language for the first time, you will be prompted to download the language pack through your device's Settings. This is a one-time download.
Voice Quality
For best results, speak clearly at a normal pace in a quiet environment. Hold the device at a comfortable distance (about arm's length). The microphone indicator shows when the app is actively listening.
Subscription Management
Your free trial includes 7 sessions. After that, choose Monthly ($29.99/mo) or Annual ($299/yr). Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.

If something is not working as expected, email us at [email protected] with a description of what happened, what you expected, your device model, and iOS version. Screenshots are helpful if applicable.
System Requirements
TangoSpeak requires an iPhone or iPad running iOS 26 or later. On-device speech recognition and translation require sufficient storage for Apple's language models.
